What we do
This is a Face-to-Face service with limited availability, offering a chair based exercise for over 55’s or under 55’s with a long term condition. This activity is for residents in the Parkwood and the greater Maidstone area.
We now have 2 groups – one on a Monday at 2:30pm-3:30pm at the Rosemary Graham Day Centre and one on a Wednesday at 2:30pm-3:30pm at Fusion Healthy Living Centre.
