What we do
Flourish is a project for adults who are struggling with low to moderate mental health issues such as anxiety or depression. We aim to improve mental health through a series of gardening and nature-based activities. We create a safe environment where everyone is welcome and there is a strong sense of community.
This is a hands-on project, gardening and growing primarily fruit and vegetables, and one we believe will be hugely rewarding and beneficial to mental wellbeing.
Our clients will be involved in planning an allotment-style garden, preparing the soil, planting and tending to its seasonal needs, with help and guidance from our full time gardening project manager.
