What we do
Our Family Support Team (FST) based at the Hospice is a specialist team of palliative care professionals. This includes counsellors, social workers, chaplain, welfare advisers and a number of specialist volunteers.
The aim of the team is to provide emotional, psychological, spiritual and practical support to individuals, children and families affected by a terminal illness, bereavement and grief. We support people who are at home, on our Inpatient Unit and the Hospice Hub services in Magnolia Place.
