What we do
Wellbeing Gardens is a partnership project between North West Kent Countryside Partnership and Dartford Borough Council. The project enables people with mental health issues to join together to look after a garden site in Darenth Country Park, Dartford.
Every week, the group improves the habitat for wildlife and grows fruit and vegetables in the garden. The result is that the garden is in better condition for biodiversity, and that everyone involved has experienced an improvement in their wellbeing.
