What we do
For seniors with low to medium needs, our age range is 65 to 97+ years young!
We are an active group, and each day consists of a chatty hour at 10am, followed with a morning activity, a two course freshly prepared nutritional meal. In the afternoon we have another activity and a cuppa.
Our activities include bowling, bingo, entertainers, armchair exercise, intergenerational projects, art projects, speakers, and connections with local services.
Open Wednesdays and Thursday from 10am to 3pm.
Cost is £20 per day.
