Dementia Peer Support Group (Maidstone)
Address
Maidstone Community Support Centre, 39-48 Marsham Street, ME14 1HH
What we do
We’re proud to provide a peer support group for people who are living with early-stage Dementia or Alzheimer’s. This group provides the opportunity to:
- Make new friends who have shared life experiences
- Discuss how you’re feeling about your Dementia or Alzheimer’s diagnosis
- Ask questions about the support which is available
- Find out more about how other people are coping with their diagnosis
This is a safe space where people can be open and honest about their experiences living with cognitive conditions. We understand that the experience of a diagnosis is different for everyone, but having a space where people are encouraged to talk openly is invaluable.
Our Dementia Peer Support Group is hosted at Maidstone Community Support Centre, 39-48 Marsham Street, Maidstone, ME14 1HH.
When: 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 11am – 2pm.
