What we do
At our Town Lock Day Centre in Tonbridge, we are proud to provide a quality, professional, person-centered Dementia service’s for people experiencing a range of memory concerns, whether formally diagnosed with Dementia or wanting to proactively reduce their symptoms.
Dementia Day Centre is focused on understanding each individual and their needs, and personalised care is delivered through stimulating activities ranging from arts and crafts and reminiscence to sing alongs from 9.30 am – 2.30 pm.
