The One You Kent service is a holistic service embedded into the local Councils.
Small changes can add up to a huge difference to your health and wellbeing, it’s never too late to start.
You don’t have to go it alone – One You Kent is here to help. We have lots of support on offer to help you take the first step towards a better you. Our One You Advisors can support you to make the small changes that can make a big difference. An Advisor can provide you with free one-to-one support to help you to:

- Get fitter – FREE Walk & Talk Groups in Dartford
