What we do
Our Coping with Life courses are structured 3-week courses which provide a safe space and time where you can learn more about common areas of mental health whilst also empowering you to develop positive coping strategies which can help you to pro-actively manage your own mental health and wellbeing.
Participants must be registered via Live Well Kent to attend these sessions – but we are happy to discuss any queries you may have about registration to support you with engaging in these sessions.
