What we do
Our Community Wellbeing Service is for adults with an acquired brain injury to receive bespoke one to one support. Those accessing the service will receive an initial assessment to ascertain the support required, what skills they would like to develop or goals they would like to achieve. Individuals will work in partnership with their Buddy over a period of weeks on an agreed programme. Please inquire for cost details.
