What we do
Welcome to COGS: Dementia Social Club, where we extend a helping hand to caregivers through our drop-in/off service, providing invaluable respite.
This allows caregivers to take a well-deserved break—whether for shopping, visiting the GP, or other essential tasks—while resting assured that their loved ones are receiving excellent care. Our Cogs clubs go beyond respite, offering support to individuals facing memory challenges.
Rooted in Cognitive Stimulation Therapy, our club is designed to engage members in purposeful activities, fostering an active mind. Join us in promoting mental well-being through meaningful participation.
A light lunch and snack will be provided along with hot and cold beverages.
When and where are COGS club? The clubs are held every Monday from 10am to 3pm and Wednesday from 10:15am to 3:15pm.
