Chipstead Lake Activities Centre

Chipstead Lake activity and skills group is lively and inviting – where you can meet friends, have fun and achieve the things you want. Our centre is in a lovely setting beside Chipstead Lake, near Sevenoaks, Kent. We have extensive grounds offering lots of opportunities to enjoy the lake. It is ideal whether you like fishing, sailing or just taking in the views across the water. We aim to support people with disabilities by promoting independent living and offering opportunities to try a variety of activities. Experienced and friendly staff provide support, encouragement and guidance, with the following facilities:- – Cooking in our adapted accessible kitchen, for the individual or in groups – A selection of art and craft activities. – For the green-fingered person, we have a gardening club and a vegetable patch – Sailing on the adjoining lake, with fully accessible boats. – Regular day trips to local amenities and further afield are arranged throughout the year, ranging from trips to the seaside, to visits to nature reserves, larger shopping outlets, restaurants and cinema.
