What we do
We hold two walking groups a month, on the first Wednesday of the month in the Maidstone area, and on the last Thursday of the month in the West Kent area.
The walks last for around 2 hours, and are a chance to enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the natural world. Those who wish to stop at a pub or café for coffee or lunch are invited to do so. Meet new friends and receive support with fellow carers. Please call us for further information.
