What we do
Through our National Careers Service programme, we provide free, confidential and impartial information, advice and guidance to help you make decisions on learning, training and work opportunities. Any adult aged 19+ is eligible to access the National Careers Service. Our careers support and advice can be provided face-to-face, via webchat or over the phone, and is completely free of charge. We can help you assess your skills, find the right course, get new qualifications, develop your CV, Improve your interview technique, understand the local job market, develop your digital skills and progress into .
