What we do
This one-to-one, hour-long coaching session is delivered by one of our trained interview coaches and focusing on helping the client to feel positive about her job search and next steps. The session takes place either in person, over the phone or on Zoom and can include guidance on finding a job in the current climate, tips on developing skills from home, CV advice or an introduction to key interview skills. We can support women anywhere in the UK with our virtual service. To be eligible for a Smart Works Appointment, a Client must identify as female and be currently unemployed. If the client would like a First Dressing & Interview Preparation session, then they must also have a confirmed upcoming job or apprenticeship interview.
