What we do
We offer advice, mental health and practical support to adult asylum seekers across the UK. We are here to help. The Hotline provides advice on a range of issues including, but not limited to, housing options, access to education, welfare, placement and resettlement. We also offer emotional support and six free sessions of spiritual therapy with Barnardo’s qualified therapists. These treatments can be delivered remotely, over the phone or online, at a time that suits you. Barnardo’s has many years of experience in providing mental health support to children, youth and adults and has a team of culturally qualified therapists who speak a variety of languages including Cantonese and English.
