What we do
We’re still here to support LGBT+ young people (and parents / carers), but are changing the way this happens. Support will be carried out over the phone or online instead of meeting face-to-face. Weekly BeYou meet-ups are not currently being held, but we are looking into ways to carry these out online. We understand that LGBT+ young people can experience feelings of isolation at the best of times, so we’re doing what we can to ensure they feel connected, supported and part of the community. We’re Be You groups are safe spaces that anyone who thinks they might be LGBT+ can come along to. At all our groups, you can meet new people who share some of the same feelings and experiences as you, socialise and just hang out in a safe and non-judgemental setting.
