What we do
Balance classes for those with neurological conditions.
Every Wednesday 2:00pm – 3:30pm at Hermitage Park Community Centre, Cranford Road, Allington, Maidstone, ME16 9FZ
Sessions comprise cardio-vascular, strength, balance and flexibility elements using equipment and music as appropriate. The session is followed by 30 minutes of social activity; chatting and experiencing the benefits of being in a group.
