What we do
The ESO balance and stability classes are suitable for anyone recovering from stroke, Parkinson’s patients or those with history of falls, who are keen to be more active with a strong focus on their balance. We will log your process using questionnaires and measures which you will be able to track.
These classes run at Boxley House on Monday mornings and cost £4.00 per session.
