What we do
Our Creative Arts sessions provide people living with dementia and their carers with the opportunity to relax, get creative and enjoy time together in a friendly and supportive environment.
From painting and drawing to seasonal crafts and hands-on projects, these sessions are all about having fun, expressing yourself and trying something new. There is no right or wrong way to take part and no artistic experience is needed.
Creative activities can help stimulate the mind, encourage conversation and provide a sense of achievement. Just as importantly, they offer opportunities to make new friendships, share experiences and enjoy being part of a welcoming group.
Whether you’re discovering a new hobby or rekindling a lifelong passion, everyone is welcome.
