Whether you are looking to maintain your independence following a diagnosis or require more specialist support as your needs change, Capstone offers a range of services tailored to your individual circumstances.

Our Mind & Memory Club helps people in the earlier stages of dementia stay active, independent and socially connected through evidence-based cognitive stimulation activities.
For those requiring more specialist support, our Day Centre provides person-centred care, companionship and meaningful activities in a safe and welcoming environment.

We understand that attending a new service can feel daunting, which is why we offer an initial visit to help you meet the team, explore the centre and find the service that best meets your needs.

Escorted transport is available for Day Centre attendees if required, although people attending the Mind & Memory Club make their own travel arrangements.

Prices are available upon request.
