What we do
A safe, supportive mentoring programme designed to help women rebuild confidence, rediscover their voice, and regain direction in life after experiencing abuse. The programme is overseen by a qualified Mental Health Specialist with recognised mentoring credentials, ensuring that support is both compassionate and professionally informed. All mentors receive structured in-house training and are DBS certified to maintain safeguarding and trust. Mentees are carefully matched with mentors based on shared values, personal needs, and goals, creating a supportive relationship that encourages healing, growth, and the rebuilding of self-belief.
