Join a well-established, progressive charity, providing innovative and unique services for children, young people and families across Kent. Develop and manage Involve’s KCC Short Breaks service – Connect! Supporting neurodivergent children, young people and their families to access short break activities.

This is a key management role supporting the Head of Children’s Services in the growth and development of Involve Children’s Services, managing the Kent wide Connect! KCC Short Breaks service.

Managing a team to maintain and develop our existing Short Breaks service, delivering a high-quality programme of activities across Kent for 9 – 18-year-old children who are neurodiverse. Building positive relationships with commissioners, key stakeholders and funders.

Ensuring Involve’s Children’s services continues to be a leader in addressing challenges faced by children and young people, their parents and carers. Work alongside current systems to provide highly regarded, accessible support which adds both financial and client value.

You will be excited to seek opportunities for change and to maximise the best outcomes for children and their families.

This role also includes providing regulated activity with adults/children and employment is therefore subject to relevant checks with Disclosure and Barring service.

Please note, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle for this role.
