What we do
L.A.D.S (Live And Discuss Support) is a men’s support group based in Dover, dedicated to providing a non-judgmental and friendly environment where men can openly discuss daily challenges and mental health issues.
This group meetings each Monday at 9pm.
We also offer support through our whatsapp group which can be used 24 hours a day.
