Involve’s New CEO

The Involve Board are pleased to announce that Gary Wells has been selected as the next Chief Executive Officer of Involve. Gary is well known to Involve having worked as Deputy CEO for over 5 years.
Richard Leicester, Chair of the Board of Trustees says: “Gary brings a wealth of leadership, voluntary sector knowledge and experience into the role and will play a key part in leading the continued growth of Involve both in Kent and beyond”.
Gary says “I am looking forward to supporting the continued strong evidence based approach to working with people and communities. Involve is a market leader in Social Prescribing, delivering for Young People and supporting Carers and I look forward to developing these areas in order to extend our support to more and more people.”
Gary is committed to community development through engagement, empowerment, and evidence-based approaches.
