What we do
Join our weekly football sessions in Medway (starting from 7th September) with a focus on mental health and well-being for men between the ages of 25 – 55 . Every Thursday between 7-8pm, at The Howard School in Gilligham.
All abilities welcome- We have a strong focus on those who would benefit from talking in a safe and comfortable environment.
