What we do
Come and join our 1.30-3pm Tuesday chair-based session at Snodland Community Centre and work towards improving your strength, balance, and flexibility. Suitable for those who are unsteady on their feet or those who have fallen, the session costs just £3.50, including a cuppa afterwards – everyone is welcome.
