What we do
Here Come the Girls (HCTG) running groups are a fantastic way to get fit, run with friends, socialise and have fun! Our inclusive ladies only sessions are FREE, friendly, supportive and beginners are very welcome.
Our run and walk leaders are very passionate about both the physical and mental health benefits of physical activity and the positive social benefits it brings. Mondays 9.30am and Wednesday 9.30am @ Tonbridge Swimming Pool.
