What we do
Kent Wildlife Trust Wilder Wellbeing programmes are open to those who are over the age of 55, or under 55 with a long-term health condition (living in Sevenoaks).
The programmes are based around nature connectedness using the five ways to wellbeing, and mindfulness. The programmes are 6 weeks long (not drop in sessions, participants are anticipated to attend the full 6 week programme), and currently take place on Thursday mornings at selected dates.
They are free to attend however a registration form must be filled out to secure your space on the programme.
The sessions (2 hours each week) are gentle paced, and take place at our Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve which has sturdy paths and bird hides to sit in. Toilet facilities, and a car park (car parking charges apply £2.50 for the day payable by card at the reserve or online via RingGo) are available for attendees to use.
