What we do
This is a series of free 10-week courses for those over 55 years, covering a range of visual arts activities, such as drawing, painting, simple ceramics, photography, and printing (materials are included). The actual content will be influenced by the needs of the participants. Maidstone courses are held at the Shepway Youth and Community Centre, on a Friday afternoon at 1:30 pm, each of 10 sessions last 90 minutes and are led by a local artist. Course 1 is under way, and course 2 will start on Friday 5th January, 2024.
