What we do
The Your Home Co-ordinator may be able to provide support with minor repairs and other aids and adaptations for people aged over 50 in the Sevenoaks district. We can visit you at home to give you advice about what sort of equipment is available, can help you to organise getting it and advise you on whether any financial assistance is available. Home visits may be possible. This service is available weekdays during office hours by appointment. Takes place through home visits.
